Coach Visitation Program Form

The Canadian Sport Centre Saskatchewan Coach Visitation Program is designed to assist Provincial Sport Organizations and high performance coaches collaborate and learn from national coaches or experts within a competition or clinic setting, in Saskatchewan.

The program allows for up to $750 once per fiscal year per Provincial Sport Organization.

Please fill out the below application form to be considered for the Coach Visitation Program. All applications must be completed in full.
