Calling all CSCS senior carded athletes! Canadian Sport Centre Saskatchewan is excited to offer an exclusive opportunity to attend Game Plan Day in Canada. The event will provide valuable insights into career pathways, networking opportunities, and skill development to support your future beyond sport.

Full Availability: You are available for the entire duration of the event, including travel time.
Commitment to Attend: You understand that by applying, you are committing to participating fully if selected.
Representation: You agree to represent the CSCS with professionalism and respect throughout the event.
