The Hbc Run for Canada allows participants to enjoy a run or walk with friends and family on this day of celebration and an opportunity to support Canada's athletic future through individual and team fundraising efforts. The Hbc Foundation supply $5,000 bursaries to 200 young Canadian athletes identified by the Canadian Olympic Committee. The athletes chosen have all shown a high level of performance in international competition, or show a potential to succeed.
