Marliese Kasner Sport: Curling
Marliese has played third with her sister, Stefanie for 12 years in both women and junior levels, winning a total of eight provincial championships, two junior national championships and a junior world championship. Marliese and her team earned a berth in the Olympic Trials in 2005 and 2009. In those same years, Marliese and team placed 4th at the Scotties Tournament of Hearts and in 2005, she was voted 1st team all-star third for her performance. Marliese is a teacher at the Canwood Community School. Links
